How we build
Source, connection, interpretation, review
Whatever the domain, the shape of the work is similar: gather the source material, find the connections in it, offer an interpretation — and leave a person able to trace that interpretation back before they act on it.
Evidence you can inspect
Where software makes an interpretation, it should show what the interpretation rests on. Showing the supporting material makes an interpretation easier to inspect, challenge and correct.
Judgement stays with people
We design review points in, not out. The system assembles, connects and drafts; a person decides, and can see what they are deciding on.
Considered data handling
No advertising in our products, and your content is not used to train models. Each product and engagement is designed around the data it actually needs and who should be able to see it.

Who builds it
The founder
Osini Labs was founded by Thomas Demel. He started as a software engineer, spent more than a decade working in R&D and innovation, and never stopped building. Osini brings those together in tools and workflows that keep evidence and human judgement visible.
